The LCLF Marketplace is offering tiered pricing based on location:

AREA 1 £400

AREA 2 £300

AREA 3 £200

We have a limited number of stall space per Area so spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. We can not guarantee you will be allocated your preferred choice.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER TO STALLS FOR THE SALE OF BOOKS DUE TO THE FESTIVAL’S EXISTING PARTNERSHIPS.

Additional information: Please bring your own tables, chairs and gazebos and promotional signage.

We regret we cannot accept everyone who applies. You will be notified by email if your application has been successful by 6 March 2026. In order to secure your stall you will need to pay your invoice before 22 March 2026. Successful applications will receive a information pack with full instructions about setup / break down timings and directions.
